I have used Valerie’s real estate “know-how” in three real estate transactions within the past few years. In all cases (buying and selling), Val achieved top marks for her professionalism, knowledge of the market, ability to succeed in getting top dollar for the properties I was selling, as well as strong bargaining skills in a purchase.
