Starting in 1929, when Reverend Harold Edwardson established a soup kitchen in Edmonton’s inner-city serving meals to hundreds of people struggling with unemployment and homelessness at the onset of the Depression, Hope Mission has grown into a not-for-profit Christian social care agency caring for impoverished and homeless men, women and children in Alberta. Basic and emergency care are provided to over 800 people daily as well as counsel and referral services for men, women, and youth.
Wild Fires in Fort McMurray

Aid for evacuees was provided by various governments and via donations through the Canadian Red Cross and other local and national charitable organizations.
You know when you are thinking about doing something and somehow the universe listens and suddenly an opportunity presents itself?

Our past events have been primarily raising money for the Children’s miracle network however we also raised money for the St Nicks Soccer Academy (inner city school with an incredible soccer program to get kids in team sport).
