North 49 Home Inspections is owned by 2 master inspectors, Brent Podruzny and David Bier. Currently the team includes an additional 8 experienced, certified, and licensed inspectors and one full time support staff.  Most of the team inspectors come from a trade background.

Inspections are completed in teams in approximately 2 hours – which is nice as it reduces the amount of time for the clients and real estate agents. The team completes an in-person recap at the inspection and the report is provided the same day.

Depending on the time of the year we book 3-4 inspection times per day and because of the size of the team we can accommodate most requests.

We take pride in our work wanting to provide the facts to our clients ensuring that they are comfortable with the findings of the report. We are proud to give back to the community often participating in real estate agent or brokerage driven fundraisers.
