We found Cheryl through her REALTOR® sign at the Condo complex. Cheryl was pleasant, courteous, extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about real estate procedures of both buying and selling. She presented a very accurate representation of the property we purchased and its condition. She presented our offer to the Sellers without encouraging or discouraging the amount we were offering and always made herself available. She has a very pleasant personality and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

Cheryl was the only REALTOR® to call back when we initially phoned about buying a condo. When we had a meeting with her, we liked the way she responded to our inquiries and needs. Cheryl was very businesslike, yet had a touch of humor to lighten tense moments. She showed us homes that were within our budget constraints and explained faults as well as the good features. We also appreciated how hard she worked for us, and kept us informed while we were still in Calgary. For your endeavors, you have our heartfelt appreciation!

Cheryl was a very good and supportive person – the perfect REALTOR®! She knows what every family wants and offers services according to their needs.
