We found Cheryl through her REALTOR® sign at the Condo complex. Cheryl was pleasant, courteous, extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable about real estate procedures of both buying and selling. She presented a very accurate representation of the property we purchased and its condition. She presented our offer to the Sellers without encouraging or discouraging the amount we were offering and always made herself available. She has a very pleasant personality and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

Cheryl was a very good and supportive person – the perfect REALTOR®! She knows what every family wants and offers services according to their needs. She always offered multiple options to choose from and this is her best quality. Finally, she is an awesome person – always! She was cooperative, supportive and knowledgable. Cheryl was extremely helpful and very patient taking all of our needs into consideration. She went above and beyond my expectations. I greatly appreciate all that she did for me and my daughter, making our move from BC back to Alberta a quick and easy transition. Cheryl was absolutely excellent to work with. As shift workers we had some difficulty coordinating times to be both available and Cheryl always found a way to fit us into her busy schedule. She immediately understood what we were looking for, offered excellent advice and found us the perfect home within weeks. She was very professional, knowledgeable,but also tons of fun to work with. We are incredibly happy with our new place and are so happy we placed our trust with Cheryl!
