Michelle helped me with the sale my home during an uncertain time: the real estate market was fluctuating and there was a lot of economic uncertainty. She assured me that the sale would go smoothly, and it did: Michelle priced the house perfectly; she gave me wonderful advice on how to prepare my home for sale. Michelle spent a lot of time working with me before the house was listed, and this meant that—when my home hit the market—it was really ready, and it sold right away. Michelle kept the entire sale process very focused and straight-forward.

Michelle was wonderful to work with, it was our first purchase of a home and with our first baby on the way it had to be that “Perfect” one. Instead of pressuring Mike and I into a sale we were not sure about, she was patient and took the time to help us find that right one then walked us through whole process and made sure that we were comfortable with the whole situation.
