Mike and Marnie were always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They are very approachable and easy to communicate with(never pushy). Mike and Marnie listed our house above market price to accommodate our request. Although we listed $4500 more than a similar home we were able to get $100 over list due to a bidding war. Our home sold in 9 days. We’ll definitely work with Mike and Marnie again and will refer them whenever we can.
