When we decided to list our house for sale, we knew that choosing the right REALTOR® was very important. So how do you choose a REALTOR®? Well, as this was such a big decision, we decided to meet with several of them and Jenny stood out from them all!

Jenny provided us with excellent advice in regards to the pricing of our home, and also helped us maximize the value of our home by taking the time to walk through our home room by room and provide us with simple and inexpensive staging suggestions. This is another area in which Jenny really stood out, other REALTORS® were only able to offer a staging tip or two but Jenny has an eye for design and an attention to detail that proved to be invaluable. We implemented Jenny’s suggestions and were amazed that things as simple as repositioning a piece of furniture could make such a difference in how large a room appeared; we wished we had discovered that years earlier!

Jenny’s approach to providing excellent service continued with her hiring a professional photographer to take pictures of our home, and then creating a beautiful website to market our house to it’s fullest advantage with a great write up, photos and a virtual tour feature.

During the showing and sale of our house, Jenny was there to guide us through each step of the way and provide us with sound advice as we navigated through the process. Jenny was always available to us and she made us completely comfortable in asking for clarification and explanation of any process or event, no question was too small!

Being first time home sellers we were surprised at some of the twists and turns that occurred on the road to the successful sale of our home but Jenny’s knowledge, competence and experience made all the difference in making this a very positive experience for us. In the end, we sold our home within our desired timeline and at the top range of comparable homes.
