BIOGRAPHY I am a full time real estate agent. I began my real estate career over ten years ago and absolutely love it! I take pride in finding my clients the perfect home for their needs no matter how long that takes. I am able to match families to homes with a great deal of skill. I listen carefully, study the market, and make sure we don't miss a beat when searching for that perfect home. Another strength I bring to the table is my expert negotiation skills. I taught negotiations at business schools for over 5 years. Currently, I am in the final stages of completing my Ph.D. dissertation on negotiations. I fight hard and effectively for my clients using the most appropriate strategy for each situation. Marketing is an art. I have mastered the technique of advertising and targeting ads to attract the right buyers to your home. This skill increases the chances of a successful sale. I taught marketing and strategy for 11 years at the university level. I apply the effective and creative advertising techniques for every house I list. My listings receive the best presentation possible with professional photographs, virtual tours, and web presence (if desired by client). In certain situations, I recommend staging the home. Sometimes stagging is exactly what is needed to expect the top dollar from buyers. I help my clients buy and sell/lease commercial properties, including new subdivisions. I have completed the commercial courses offered by the Edmonton Real Estate Board, and I am listed on the their roster of commercial realtors, As a professional negotiator, I endeavor to determine the best possible outcome - known are pareto optimal - thereby, achieving a perfect state of economic efficiency. Careful listening and vieing for information enable me to achieve the best scenario for you. As an ethics instructor for UCLA (Los Angeles) and having written over 400 ethics columns for Canadian newspapers, I have achieved these results without compromising my own or your ethics.
