WHY ME? I am ticketed carpenter (Red Seal Certified) with 10+ years in the industry. The majority of that time was in residential construction and home renovations. With that skillset my wife and I have flipped and rented several properties together. This knowledge of home construction and personal experience renovating and managing rental properties is something that helps me properly serve my clients. I bring practical experience to the table to work with peoples individual needs. I can advise on renovation costs, the build quality of a home and what makes a good rental investment. As well, over the years I have built a large portfolio of professional contacts to assist with home upgrades; Contacts I trust personally. I excelled in real estate during my first 18 months earning the award for Top New Agent at the brokerage (which is the top performing office in the entire greater Edmonton area). I believe my experience and commitment to be open and upfront with everyone is what earned me that. I know that both buying & selling can be a difficult and emotional decision. I am patient and understanding. I promise to always be honest and put your best interests before my own.
