Nichole is an industry veteran. After earning her real estate license, Nichole worked as a Realtor for a short time before becoming a licensed real estate assistant. Nichole knows that buying or selling a home is exciting and stressful in equal measure. That’s why she does whatever she can to settle nerves. Whether clients are young families, downsizing couples, single professionals, or first-time buyers, Nichole's focus is to make the experience positive. Her responsibilities include managing listings, brochures, photographers, and paperwork, among many jobs. When clients and Realtors have questions, Nichole helps to provide answers - and fast. She knows the speed of real estate can be unpredictable and does all she can to remove potential barriers to a home purchase or sale.
