Real Estate started for me when I was a kid (barely 10 years old) helping my father paint & renovate houses that he would later sell for-profit. When I was 14 years old, I saved enough money for a down payment on a rental. That money was given to my father and invested in my very first rental property. From there, I started to build my rental portfolio! I was way ahead of the game at a young age and this experience brought me into the industry earlier than most.
