Bernie Chu is a Real Estate Professional and works at Re/Max Elite in Edmonton, Alberta. Bernie's experience in real estate began at the age of 18 when he purchased his first home. Although it took over a decade longer to make the transition, 5 years ago he finally decided to make his passion for real estate into a career. Bernie enjoys working with clients and helping demystify the process of buying or selling your home. With experience in new construction he is equally comfortable with walking you through the process of a new build or sorting through the pros/cons of an older home. It's not uncommon to see Bernie working late nights and early mornings around his clients schedules, from being onsite at home inspections to helping organize your move. Work ethic, honesty and genuine thirst for knowledge in the industry helps Bernie stand out to his clients, many who go on to call him a friend. Raised in Edmonton's southside, he is happy to call the Windermere community home.
