My Father, Wayne Kinsella, was a Master Home Builder and his Mom, my Grandma Yvette Kinsella, was a top agent with RE/MAX for years. This made real estate talk a part of life, even as a child. I renovated my first foreclosure fresh out of high school when I was just 17 yrs old. I put myself through college buying, fixing and selling homes where I took Business Marketing. I have a comprehensive understanding of Construction after spending 7 years with Sundance Master Builders where I oversaw 100+ Custom Family and Estate Homes built. Licensed as a Realtor in 2009, I have won multiple Awards from a range of companies including 2015 Alberta Individual of the year, and I am still currently in the Top 5% of all Edmonton agents, since 2012. I currently own and manage a portfolio of rental properties, mostly suited homes, but also some single family and some rural property as well. I cover all of St.Albert, Edmonton and all the surrounding communities and travel as far North as Baptist Lake, West past Seba Beach and South to Leduc. I oversee and complete most of the marketing myself including, HD photos and videos, Drone photography, Mapping, Social media & print media. This combined with my marketing background has built my business with over 675 satisfied clients. Real Estate is still a passion of mine and I look forward to the next opportunity.
