I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 20+ years, having been an Accredited Real Estate Appraiser (Canadian Residential Appraiser) for many years and selling real estate for 13 of those years. Valuing property is second nature for me. I know, geographically, all areas, having worked in most, if not all of them when I was an Appraiser. I love working with people and gain people's trust very quickly. I specialized in valuing high-end properties in the last number of years as an Appraiser and very much enjoyed it. Real Estate is my life and I love it! I work very well with, and adapt to all ages of people. I particularly love working with first-time buyers and Seniors. Music is a huge part of my life and I love it! I love to volunteer and help others as well as donate to good charities such as the Brain Care Centre regularly.
