My name is Dave Linklater and I have been with Re/Max serving the city of St. Albert as well as the greater Edmonton area for over 16 years. My wife Cheryl and I have lived in St. Albert for 28 years and have raised two great kids, Matthew (26 and now living in Kelowna) and Danielle (23 and in St. Albert). I love to support local and to give back to our community as a St. Albert Rotarian. I specialize in the buying and selling of residential properties as well as relocation – Military, RCMP and Corporate. I pride myself on educating my clients about the real estate market, providing expert guidance throughout the process, and negotiating the best price for them, purchase or sale. My entire career has involved selling, marketing, negotiating and customer service and I am consistently in the top 5 – 10% of all Realtors in the Greater Edmonton Area.
